Bought my first new car! I jumped from dealership to dealership trying to find the right price and right person to buy from. All I found were pushy salesman who made the proce I jumped from dealership to dealership trying to find the right price and right person to buy from. All I found were pushy salesman who made the process not enjoyable. I filled out a truecar survey and within minutes was contacted by Peter. Just in talking to him on the phone, I knew he was the right person to buy my first car from. He was very relatable and a very positive person. Peter gave us such a great experience and was very understanding throughout the entire process. He was super informative and gave us good advice, even let us test drive the car for the weekend. At the end, he got us a great deal too! Overall, great experience! More

Best car buying experience ever! I was so so blown away by the experience that I had at Family Toyota if Arlington today! I started my search at 4:45pm on the internet and within min I was so so blown away by the experience that I had at Family Toyota if Arlington today! I started my search at 4:45pm on the internet and within minutes I received a reply and a phone call from Peter...by 5pm I had a 6pm appointment to test drive the car I was interested in. When I arrived, Peter greeted me with a cool bottle of water and we got to business. Peter gave me the best customer purchase experience I ever had at a dealership! He was knowledgeable, personable, and shared with me all of the information I asked. He allowed me to explore the ins and outs of the vehicle and help assure me of the reliability of the product. He was courteous and professional. He moved me to full confidence that my purchase was a good decision and worth my hard earned money. Great Buying experience, Derrick was a pleasure to work with I had my mechanic come to go over a used truck I was buying. They even let us put it up on the rack in their service bay. Found a couple of things tha I had my mechanic come to go over a used truck I was buying. They even let us put it up on the rack in their service bay. Found a couple of things that needed attention. They agreed to replace both issues we had with the truck. I hope to pick it up tomorrow! More
