well first of all they lied right out of the gate about special offers. secondly the saleswoman was not trying to sell me a car but trying to sell herself as a cute female to a male. thirdly the sales mana special offers. secondly the saleswoman was not trying to sell me a car but trying to sell herself as a cute female to a male. thirdly the sales manager caleb lied right to my face when he offered me a price to beat another fiat dealership. overall i felt like they were trying to pressure me that i had to walk out with a car that day. They would not give me straight answers on pricing for the cars. They treated me as if I was a child that i could not make a choice for myself. i visted another fiat dealership a few days before and the sales people there i felt were much more straight forward and friendly. ultimately the sales people at manhattan fiat did influence me in buying a fiat but not from them. i would rather pay more then ever go back to that dealership again. i actually paid less then i would have if i had bought it from manhattan fiat. they are a bunch of liars at manhattan fiat. This will be my 3rd review of Fiat of Manhattan--the first was positive based on our sales experience, the second not so good based on our service experience, and today--based on how the dealership made first was positive based on our sales experience, the second not so good based on our service experience, and today--based on how the dealership made the entire nightmare right. I just want to say that at the end of the day, I think these people and the dealership as a whole are really great--despite an almost month of dealing with service issues, we finally were able to pick up our car today and we love it. Patrick (owner), Caleb (GM), and Angela (sales person) were all wonderful today and went above and beyond to turn this into a positive experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership as they made every attempt at making this right for us--they added on 2 additional years of warranty and 1 year service at no charge. Thank you. More
