Service brakes pads at 40k. The new pads replaced weeks later. Back six times for noises. Wound replacing suspension bars, joints, steering on consecutive visits.

Stay away from the service center or you will be milked. If you are getting a lease from Alfa Romeo do not get the add ons the financial guys try to tag onto your lease. They are a total scam. All it covers is an oil change. WORST OF ALL THE PHONE'S DON'T WORK TO GET THE STATUS OF YOUR CAR. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!!

The worst customer service EVER!! The front desk attitude is outrages, I rather go different FIAT than comeback here. I don’t understand why management keeps that kinda personal!!! They just lost the customer only because front desk!!!

Not only are we dealing with the worst dealership but probably among the most dishonest, unhelpful, and unethical people I've come across in my life. When they say, I'll take care of your problem straight away and give you a call back, what they mean is, I'm going to ignore your problem completely and not call you back and if you call back I won't be around. You go to the next guy, explain everything over, they say, you guessed it, I'll take care of your problem straight away and give you a call back, but no, more of the same. I'm talking Lemiron, Hassan, and even the guy who seemed really helpful at first, Sammy. And then the receptionist is the worst of the bunch, putting you on hold and then hanging up, and then every call thereafter gives you a busy signal. I finally got my problem fixed by going there in person, but it shouldn't come to that.

Scheduled my car (Fiat 500) to be towed b/w 8-830am ... the tow truck didn't arrive until 1045. When I tried to call to check on status and eta, they had my phone number linked to some Jeep Liberty and Jeep Cherokee and the name was unrelated, they had nothing in the system regarding my phone number, which i knew was not true since they texted me twice with tow companies. Once my car arrived at the dealership, no one called me for over 3 hours to discuss next steps. I was in a meeting but called and texted back an hour later. No one returned my call, I tried calling back, and they claim the woman left for the day and no one else can speak to me about my car. There are so many things that went wrong here, I requested someone from Fiat call me back to explain what happened. Still waiting... *EDIT* Updating to 3 stars I was finally able to get in touch with Vivian and she was very helpful; explained everything related to my car and provided me a summary of what needed to be done. Not sure if they are short staffed

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I got exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate how the staff made an effort to find out what was in my best interest. I never felt as though I was being persuaded to buy anyting. Instead, I felt as as though I had a team working for me. The staff was was very patient with me. They truly made it effort to get me exactly what I was looking for and more. The overall experience was excellent from the time of my test drive to driving off the lot in a brand new vehicle. The dealership has a friendly family like atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership. The icing on the cake was driving down the West Side Highway having a gorgeous view of the city in a brand new vehicle. An experience pretty tough to beat !!
