Terrible customer service, even worse people Not only are we dealing with the worst dealership but probably among the most dishonest, unhelpful, and unethical people I've come across in my life. Not only are we dealing with the worst dealership but probably among the most dishonest, unhelpful, and unethical people I've come across in my life. When they say, I'll take care of your problem straight away and give you a call back, what they mean is, I'm going to ignore your problem completely and not call you back and if you call back I won't be around. You go to the next guy, explain everything over, they say, you guessed it, I'll take care of your problem straight away and give you a call back, but no, more of the same. I'm talking Lemiron, Hassan, and even the guy who seemed really helpful at first, Sammy. And then the receptionist is the worst of the bunch, putting you on hold and then hanging up, and then every call thereafter gives you a busy signal. I finally got my problem fixed by going there in person, but it shouldn't come to that. More
Terrible Service - no follow up Scheduled my car (Fiat 500) to be towed b/w 8-830am ... the tow truck didn't arrive until 1045. When I tried to call to check on status and eta, they had my phone number linked to some Jeep Liberty and Jeep Cherokee and the name was unrelated, they had nothing in the system regarding my phone number, which i knew was not true since they texted me twice with tow companies. Once my car arrived at the dealership, no one called me for over 3 hours to discuss next steps. I was in a meeting but called and texted back an hour later. No one returned my call, I tried calling back, and they claim the woman left for the day and no one else can speak to me about my car. There are so many things that went wrong here, I requested someone from Fiat call me back to explain what happened. Still waiting... *EDIT* Updating to 3 stars I was finally able to get in touch with Vivian and she was very helpful; explained everything related to my car and provided me a summary of what needed to be done. Not sure if they are short staffed More

I really appreciate how the staff made an effort to find out wh I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I got exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate how the staff made an effort to find out what was in my best interest. I never felt as though I was being persuaded to buy anyting. Instead, I felt as as though I had a team working for me. The staff was was very patient with me. They truly made it effort to get me exactly what I was looking for and more. The overall experience was excellent from the time of my test drive to driving off the lot in a brand new vehicle. The dealership has a friendly family like atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership. The icing on the cake was driving down the West Side Highway having a gorgeous view of the city in a brand new vehicle. An experience pretty tough to beat !! More

They are the biggest liars, they promise everything to your face and none of their promises are kept. I leased the Alfa Romeo Giulia on the condition that they would give me a loaner when the car is in service, but any time that I had to bring the car to them, they found an excuse to deny the loaner. Now they are telling me that I have to rent a car and Chrysler will refund me afterwards. What a shame! I have always driven luxury cars, such as Mercedes, Lexus, and Jaguar and have had only joyful experiences with the cars and the service. I leased this car only eight months ago, but due to numerous problems, it has been in service four times. I am writing to warn the public not only against falling into the trap with this dealership, but to not be enticed by the look of the Giulia. Apart from its looks, it is entirely junk. One can go through a big list of problems with the car. For example, although the car is brand new, the battery died. The car would not start, the lights were flashing on and off, the radio would not turn off, and the trunk kept opening and closing by itself, but the car doors would not lock, allowing me to leave the car alone. A passerby commented that the car was "possessed." It took three and a half hours for their road service to come and rescue me. Unfortunately, no other service people could touch the car. More
The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I purchased a new 2017 Fiat spider on June 4, 2017 when I arrived at the dealership I was told the car was prepped and ready to go. I looked the vehic I purchased a new 2017 Fiat spider on June 4, 2017 when I arrived at the dealership I was told the car was prepped and ready to go. I looked the vehicle over and things were missing window sticker owners manual and the second key also tow hook cover and a ding in the door I was told they would take care of everything. Well I got the owners manual in a month the tow hook cap was painted wrong I had to Get it painted myself and paid to get the ding in the door out $80 dollars. Today i called because they were going to repair the fuel door no response i will be calling the better business bureau on this dealership. If you are looking to buy a car from this dealership look elsewhere there customer service is the worst! After that car leaves the showroom they put you on the I don't care list. More
