First let me say I had 14 year relationship with was bay ridge nissan, I bought my car from this dealership and my car had been serviced only approximately twice from another nissan dealership. This dealers ridge nissan, I bought my car from this dealership and my car had been serviced only approximately twice from another nissan dealership. This dealership has now been taken over by scammers, I will be taking legal action against this dealership. I took my car to the dealership and spent thousands of dollars on repairs over 5,000 dollars on repairs. I told the service advisor John to make the repairs to the mounts that hold the engine up he stated your good. While I was driving with my 13 year old daughter and my wife I heard what can only be described as a loud crashing sound from my front end. I got out and clearly saw broken pieces of .plastic , and damage to my front bumper. My engine appeared to be uneven, it was apparent that those mounts were not repaired. I called empire Nissan and talked to someone named Ali who told me to see if I could make it to the dealership, I drove with my front end making sounds moving slow. I got to empire and was met by Ali who as soon as he say the car started shouting we don’t cover that, I asked to see the manger , I went into his office and was told to let me see what wrong with the car. About 2hours later Ali told me the engine didn’t fall lie number one, Ali then stated it just belt on the car, he continued that’s all I heard. Ali then gave me a list the both control arms needed to be replaced, both front end capliers needed to be repaired the ball bearing needed to be replaced, and the muffler , and you guessed it the engine mount needed to be replaced. When I told Ali they had my car just a month before, I asked so all of this happened in 4 weeks he accused me of lying, he then looked at his computer and found out I was telling the truth. He then told me my car was safe to drive, to put my family in he didn’t care at all if my family was safe. ALI then tolg me this front end damage would cost me 3,500-4,500 hundred dollars. Ali then refused to give me a copy of these repairs. Ali who uses the word brother, while telling me this car was safe to put my family in I was pissed. I got in the car it was clear that the engine had mounts had been tightened, but the front end damage was clear as I heard it as I drove home hoping my wife and I would be safe. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. ALI YOUR THE WORST BROTHER!!!!!! See you in COURT, I HOPE NO ONE EVER TELLS YOU YOUR FAMILY IS SAFE WHEN THEY ARE NOT. ALBERT CRAIG ps I just ‘bought a pathfinder cash so it’s not Nissan it’s Empire. They also are selling used cars with no sticker in the widows that illegal, different price then what’s on the internet. thank you for this David (I told you the price was 5,000 more then the internet) Rivera. . Service department is excellent, always fast check in, plus oil change was done very quickly. I came by to change the oil with a filter change and a tire rotation. I made an appointment for 07:45 am and arrived at 07:55 am. I left and did not wait, because I work not very far from the service cent tire rotation. I made an appointment for 07:45 am and arrived at 07:55 am. I left and did not wait, because I work not very far from the service center. However, I was informed that the car was ready only after my request at 2 pm. I think it's very long. Actually, the work was done at a good level, I am satisfied with this. They also fixed my wireless charger under warranty. Overall I'm happy with the service here. More
