Very horrible experience overall I bought the 2011 Juke, came in on Friday paid cash downpayment and insurance fees at 9am car was in showroom, they didn't take it out until 2pm. They were supposed to detail it and give me add on they didn't, car was not picked up until 5:30pm with nothing done as promised lucky I got the plates. I was given an I owe you for the following week, the day of service I got a call from sales person stating parts are not there yet. the next day,one week later the fan belt caught fire, that's right on a brand new car!!! They sent me to Entreprise to get my car rental/loaner, I didnt have enough credit line on my card so I couldn't get the car they were paying for, they wouldn't offer me a car from the dealer. I called my sales person, he promised to look into it, no return call. I should have bought a Hyndai, or Kia. I would have gotten a better service. What a waste of money.......... More

When I decided to purchase the car, Reggie bargained a fair price for the vehicle resulting in the purchase. Came to trade in my 2010 standard altima that I had gotten here last year, for something a little bigger and fully loaded. It was time for an upgrade now that I got my beginner car out of the way. I spoke with Andre, who had also sold me my first car. He is very friendly and helpful, and I will only go to him now. He spoke with Manny, who is also very helpful, and came up with a good price, apr, etc. Mitch in the finance dept broke everything down and made all the details of the loan very understandable. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I picked the car up a few days later, and I could not be happier with my new Rogue! More

Drove 2 1/2 hours sat for 5 hours and left thinking I got a good deal, signed paper work by manager and myself for the vehicle. Three days later was told that they could not sell me the vehicle because they a good deal, signed paper work by manager and myself for the vehicle. Three days later was told that they could not sell me the vehicle because they could not get the check engine light off. This was a lie, I found out that they sold the vehicle to some one else, even though I had a signed contract for this vehicle. They though they could just tell me the above and this would be the end of that, think again I will be contacting the owner again, along with the B.B.B. and opening an investigation, maybe even getting a lawyer involved for their fraud practices and breaking the signed contract which is binding. "I'm would not recommend this dealership to anyone for the above reason". More
I tried to buy a new car. They tried to screw me. People want to sell you everything for top money but not what you want to buy and not for the money you agreed on the first place. I understand that is their job but I went in and gave them a number I could afford and they came very close to that price. We went to many dealerships before them and no one came close to the price. I love the Murano and truly am satisfied with the purchase! Also I am suprised to see any negative reviews on here about them because I used to lease a Maxima from Kings Nissan and they can not even come close to the customer service at Bay Ridge Nissan. The salesman was rude at Kings Nissan and would just address my husband like I was not even speaking to him. If you want to buy a Nissan then the Bay Ridge dealership is the place!!! More
its funny how the last few reviews are almost perfect 5's. nice try to cover up your poor reputation by submitting fake reviews. almost everyone i know has had a terrible experience with bay ridge nissan 5's. nice try to cover up your poor reputation by submitting fake reviews. almost everyone i know has had a terrible experience with bay ridge nissan (20+ people). whether it was in sales or service, bay ridge nissan will try to rip you off as much as they can. they'll pretend to know what theyre talking about so do your research first and go to them and you'll get contradicting details. i brought my suv in recently for service and dealt with service manager rod spodar. the guy doesn't know anything besides how to rip you off. very dishonest and sleazy individual that only cared about getting you to sign off on unnecessary services, hoping you haven't done your homework. while there, i overheard other customers complain about the long waiting times and poor service quality. i even called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they are completely aware of all the complaints they receive about bay ridge nissan. how do they stay in business? i dont know--maybe by performing well in dishonest sales DO NOT GO HERE. this poor excuse for a business can post as many fake 5.0 ratings/reviews as they like---i will simply have my friends share their experiences to bring out the truth to keep the truth out and rating accurate. i do suggest consumers to look into dealerships that are outside the city (surburbs)--they tend to be a lot more honest More
these guys are amazing! i can't believe how nice the staff was and how quick the process could be. With my credit not being so high, I was expecting long delays and even denials, but everything went smo staff was and how quick the process could be.
