I had an 8am appointment and my car hasn't been taken in until 11am. This previously happened and after a bad review, Carmine asked me to come in and they got me in and out without paperwork in one hour. until 11am. Even a service rep told me the collision sensors are super sensitive and can be damaged easily. When you want to buy a car, everyone is nice.
