I recently purchased a Nissan Murano SV from Empire Nissan and was extremely happy with the salesman David Rivera. He was excellent at giving me all the information I needed, plus follow up by calling Nissan and was extremely happy with the salesman David Rivera. He was excellent at giving me all the information I needed, plus follow up by calling me and checking how everything was. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He really made the purchase experience smooth. I will definitely buy my future cars from this dealership and ask for Mr. Rivera as well as give recommendations for friends and family to do the same. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all the way!! More
Empire Nissan of bayridge serviced my vehicle a few days ago. The dealership changed to new management. I have been with this dealership for over two decades serving my vehicles, understandably they did not ago. The dealership changed to new management. I have been with this dealership for over two decades serving my vehicles, understandably they did not accept my accumulated service points as bayridge Nissan did; which was a little upsetting after all this time to be told those service points didn’t exist anymore. Fortunately, after a conversation with the new manager of Empire Nissan, he agreed to honor my service points upon future service visits. I appreciated that he listened and decided on this conclusion of which I am happy to hear. Thank you Carmine and I will see you on my next visits to Empire Nissan. MEA More

Stay away! !!!!!! Total crooks! The CVT transmission of my car broke. Since it is still under warranty I went to Nissan Bay Ridge in NY to get it fixed. The serv !!!!!! Total crooks! The CVT transmission of my car broke. Since it is still under warranty I went to Nissan Bay Ridge in NY to get it fixed. The service manager, told me upfront that he needs to do a diagnosis on the vehicle. Couple days later he called me, saying that he needed to perform a transmission fluid flush and reprogrammed my transmission and it will cost me $750 (!), although it was under warranty which I told him but he was insisting that it wasn't the case. I then called Nissan North America. I filled a complaint with them but I asked them to not contact the Nissan Bay Ridge until they fixed my car, worrying that they will make more damages. I felt hostage of this situation and I needed my car to go to work. Therefore, I told the service manager to go with the repair knowing that I can get reimbursed later. The repairs were unsuccessful so they decided to completely replace my CVT transmission. Since it was under warranty they didn't charge me for this but still charged me with the flush and the reprogramation. I went to pick up my car and I discover that in addition to those charges the service manager added a carbon fuel injector removal service ($250) and a wheel alignment service ($190) which they did without my consent. I raised the issue to the service manager, and he yelled at me in front of other employees and blackmailed me saying that if I wanted to get my car back I should pay now. I told him that I had contact Nissan north america and a complaint was pending. Being hostage of the situation, I resigned to pay (total $849) to get my car and then called Nissan North America to go ahead with the complaint. The cashier apologized to me and actually told me that this service manager has always similar issues with customers, and his relatives was actually working here!!!!! Looking in the invoice the transmission flush and transmission reprogrammed was charged $320 so he also invented pricing over the phone. Two days later my car broke again. I got it towed ($120) in another Nissan dealership (Sansone Nissan) turns out this time it was the belt and a nail in my wheel, probably due to poor previous jobs. I should say SANSONE NISSAN were very professional and I got a totally different experience. I paid another $250. I am still in dispute with Nissan North America, it won’t end here. More
