If I could give them 0 I would. advertised the car for $7100 and when we got there they wanted to sell the car for $2000 more than the price of the car plus tax, title and registration. When we objected t $7100 and when we got there they wanted to sell the car for $2000 more than the price of the car plus tax, title and registration. When we objected they got very aggressive and stated yelling at us. completely disrespectful and plain rude. specially Michael Meah their GM. Stay away from this guy. Liars and the cars we drove all had problems. More
Stay away from this place. They are crooks. My wife took her car to them when the rearview camera stopped operating. Without doing any research on her warranty, they told her it was not covered. I ca took her car to them when the rearview camera stopped operating. Without doing any research on her warranty, they told her it was not covered. I called the warranty company and they informed me since we had the better warranty, the Platinum it is covered. The warranty company also informed me that there was never an inquiry from the dealership about whether or not this part is covered. Since my wife had to pay out of pocket, we have to jump through all this red tape to get reimbursed for this. A quick review of her warranty would have shown that this part is covered. They are so surly, condescending and lazy. We are taking our business away from this corrupt dealership. I would have rated ZERO stars but that was not an option. More
Absolutely abhorrent experience. The “buy online” is a lie and a scam. Went through the whole process online. They ran a credit check. Was given a number. I asked if it was final. Asked if it would be the lie and a scam. Went through the whole process online. They ran a credit check. Was given a number. I asked if it was final. Asked if it would be the same when I arrived to the dealership. I was told yes. When I arrived. After driving an hour. They told me the car, (which I had been communicating with them about all day) was sold. But there was another model. That was more expensive. Gave me a number. Said they were going to run my credit again. I said “will this be another hard check? I already received one.” I was told “No it will be the same thing.” Another lie. I received two hard checks. They came back with a number so outrageously high that it was an insult. And they knew it. They were trying to insult me. Tyler O was the individual that tried to sell me the car and lied to me consistently. Tyler and James Urso the general sales manager plotted for a minute. He came over and tried telling me my credit score was different than it was. Angry and rude. Incredible. Absolutely top tier snake oil salesmen, crooks and thieves. Stay away. They will lie to you to get you into the store. And then lie to you some more. James appeared sweaty and possibly under the influence. Completely unprofessional gross behavior. Just gross. Would give zero stars. Nauseated. More
Very disappointed with this dealer. At first I was happy until I went to get my free maintenance and found out they entered the wrong sale date in the system. They told me twice that it was fixed and it wa until I went to get my free maintenance and found out they entered the wrong sale date in the system. They told me twice that it was fixed and it wasn’t. I took another dealer to fix the issue and they never even responded when I told them that. Poor customer service and will not buy from them again. The savings on the purchase wasn’t worth the headaches after. More

Beware of unscrupulous people. The trade in value is totally false. Focus closely. At the top of your contract it will note a trade in value. Nevertheless, look closely where it says other fees. These p totally false. Focus closely. At the top of your contract it will note a trade in value. Nevertheless, look closely where it says other fees. These people added 5000.00 to my contract cited, "The Mechanic". They also pulled this same scam on my wife for 4123.00. After telling me that I had a trade in value of 16k that added 5000.00 after the deductions. They told my wife she receiving 10000.00 trade in value then added 4123.00 after the deductions. A l Agree with all of the one star reviews. Buyer beware. A used car listed at $21,903.00 quickly became a car that I was to pay over $28,000.00. A lot of very bogus fees I have never seen during any car purchase were added, including the Elgin Protect Fee (door edge guard, wheel edge guards, wheel locks, mud flaps, all season floor mats, accent striping, nitrogen fill). Guess what? There was no accent striping on this used vehicle, the car mats were the used, original carpet Hyundai mats (not all season floor mats) that the first buyer had bought, mud flaps come standard on this Hyundai model. I was told under no circumstances would this Elgin Protect Fee be taken off the quote. Also the price I was looking for was written down and I had to initial it. Never ever have I had to do this at any other dealership during the negotiation process of initialing on a document. I have been buying new and used cars for over 40 years. This was the worst car dealership tactics I have seen in my many long years on this earth. I drove 45 miles from the city for this scam artist dealership. What a horrible waste of my time. They will lure you in with their very nice Internet employees and then the shadiness begins. Do your homework and find a good dealership, they are out there. Verify all of the extra costs by comparing with multiple trustworthy dealerships. Ask the salesman and finance person to step away, so you can go over what the costs are. Look for these hidden bogus fees. Do not feel pressure to sign. Also do not buy maintenance and protection plans or any other plans., i.e.. ELGIN PROTECT FEE. This is all ways for dealerships to screw you. More
