Staff were pleasant and service completed efficiently. I requested battery replacement for one fob but they did both and would not adjust bill accordingly. When asked for credit said it could be applied n I requested battery replacement for one fob but they did both and would not adjust bill accordingly. When asked for credit said it could be applied next time but with an EV few services are routinely needed. I had just replaced the battery on one fob so this was totally unnecessary-waste of a battery and extra cost. Next time fob battery needs to be changed I will go to dealer to get my credit but after that is used, will go elsewhere. I also wonder if I will ever get the credit? I also had a coupon from Nissan which service staff were unfamiliar with so first, I had to show the coupon and second, forward it to get the discount. More
