Shannon and Sean were each friendly and helpful in getting the service scheduled and completed and I appreciated how quickly I got my car back. But, why do my brakes still squeak, even though they're getting the service scheduled and completed and I appreciated how quickly I got my car back. But, why do my brakes still squeak, even though they're supposedly in good condition? They make squealing noises, so I was given a piece paper saying this is effectively normal. If it's normal than why don't I hear any other car's brakes squeaking? I drive through my neighborhood, and squeak squeak squeak. I would like this to be resolved. More
