Although at 15k miles I was not expecting to need rear brakes on my Taos. The service department let me know of a promotion that would lower the cost. They are nice people but have limited appointments available, no actual express (day of) service, did not charge or wash my EV like Modesto Wolkswagon does. Also, you have to hold for a long time to e available, no actual express (day of) service, did not charge or wash my EV like Modesto Wolkswagon does. Also, you have to hold for a long time to even speak to a service representative. My impression is they have limited service representatives. I would like to see more effort going into the service department in Walnut Creek. Thank you. More
