Brought my 2019 GTI in for a recall software flash. I had also inquired about having my front differential serviced as the owners manual states it should be serviced every 3 years. The cost was to be around $200, but the service department let me know that after attending a new conference they learned that VWOA decided the diff doesn’t need to be serviced. They were honest and upfront and saved me $200. FRANCISCO was awesome and did a great job communicating, and Nanika made me a great Ofer on another car. Will be back when its time for a new car. More

I had an oil change done and it took 2 1/2 hours while I waited in Walnut Creek. An oil change and checking of fluids takes no more than an hour, tops. I made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early before my appointment time, but had to wait to be checked in. I am a former customer at Toyota Dublin. They are the customer service model! More
