I purchased a 2022 VW ID. 4 in August 2022, and have had my car in the shop 4 times since then. Parts department confirmed they had my part days before the appointment for an oil change and part install. After waiting 3.5 hours (2.5 hours in the waiting room at the dealership) I was informed that the the appointment for an oil change and part install. After waiting 3.5 hours (2.5 hours in the waiting room at the dealership) I was informed that they didn’t have my part and they only did the oil change. I would have rescheduled if the dealer had the courtesy to tell me that they no longer had the part I ordered. Not to tell me sooner during the actual appointment while I’m sitting there is horrendous service. 3.5 hours for an oil change is also too long. An alarm was going off for 2.5 hours non-stop while I sat in the waiting room. Employees were vocally dissatisfied by their quality of work environment and the ignored me to fix a printer when I came to pick up my car after the incomplete, slow service. Other dealers in the area provide car washes, timely service, and charge less. More
