We had a great experience buying our new (used) Tacoma. There was no pressure from any sales people. It was a pleasure working with Ken, he is commonsensical. However, the used car manager Rick Chila is quite the character, he has a demeanor which is a bit off. Rick would understand logic when presented to him but then refuses to execute on best judgement. My story>> After purchasing, I had observed a chip in the windshield less than 24 hours. Rick completely acted like he was unaware although he was the one who conducted the pre-inspection (physical) on the vehicle prior to sales. He invited his "windshield guy" to examine the details of the chip, to which his guy reminded him that the windshield was previously cracked prior to my purchase, and that he (windshield guy) performed the repairs himself, and it was upgraded to a now "chip" from its previously "cracked". Repair receipts were also not available upon request and Rick claims he did not have such documents on hand. Worst part to all o this; Rick had blamed me the customer initially, stating that I caused the crack driving the vehicle home. I was glad his windshield guy proved to him otherwise. Rick isn't a bad person I would hope, he just doesn't know how customer relationships work. When there is an issue you first listen, then investigate, finally come up to a solution of resolve versus jumping to conclusion and pointing fingers. His demeanor from was unprofessional and I did not expect that out of someone who operates as a manager from a reputable dealership. This is simply my honest opinion about my experience at Del Toyota and in no way shape or form to bash but more of learning and engaging to be better. They're good people overall and deserve the business. I would caution anyone when it comes to purchasing a premium European vehicle (BMW etc.) from them. The knowledge in elements (Servicing in technology) is lack thereof. I had to report the vehicle to a BMW dealership to clear up service prompts which the vehicle displayed, and Del Toyota did not have a clue as to how to proceed with those prompts. My high level patience does not prompt me to regret my experience at Del Toyota, stuff happens. Just be better. More

However, this time when I turned my lease in for another vehicle, I felt like it was rushed because it was now and I have been very happy with them.
