This was my first service here and the customer service was great! There estimate on when my car would be ready was spot on which I really appreciate! The dealership itself is outdated and so dingy. The hole in the wall in the woman’s restroom adds patina. More

I brought my car for service and a wheel alignment they're unable to loosen the bolts on the rear wheels and could not complete my wheel alignment and told me to go to the Cadillac dealer. The Cadilla they're unable to loosen the bolts on the rear wheels and could not complete my wheel alignment and told me to go to the Cadillac dealer. The Cadillac dealer found the radiator was leaking and there was a bad strut they replaced both and they were under warranty I was quite disappointed with DePaula. More
