Thanks to Lenny Farnam, your advisor, I'm still a Ford/DePaula customer. My wait time for oil/filter ('The Works' package) servicing was extended because the 20 lug nuts were found to be swollen bey Ford/DePaula customer. My wait time for oil/filter ('The Works' package) servicing was extended because the 20 lug nuts were found to be swollen beyond the acceptable threshold - on a 2017 Focus with just under 36,000 miles! Really? I've been a Ford owner since 1985, owned one of those vehicles for over 12 years and 90,000+ miles, and never had a problem like this before. As you turn out your models year after year, don't make obsolete designs that have worked without issue for so many years. Lenny is to be commended for his patience in dealing with yet another irate customer such as myself! More

I Had several issues with my vehicle…Lenny set up a service date and ordered all the parts needed…some were back ordered and he tracked the parts to have it done all at once…Thankfully it was covered u service date and ordered all the parts needed…some were back ordered and he tracked the parts to have it done all at once…Thankfully it was covered under my coverage and Lenny made the entire process simple…I’ve always had good Luck at Depaula and look to continue to have vehicle serviced there More
