I brought my daughter's truck in for routine service as well as a problem with a tire and the next day my Ecosport for routine service and a muffler issue. Both visits Lenny greeted me, reviewed the exte well as a problem with a tire and the next day my Ecosport for routine service and a muffler issue. Both visits Lenny greeted me, reviewed the exterior of the vehicle, discussed additional issues and then went to service desk to review routine service items recommended and remedies for each vehicles issues. All services were explained, including pricing with absolutely no pressure, leaving decision to me. I waited for the vehicles with the understanding that service would take time. It wasn't a problem. The waiting area has ample seating, a TV, power stations and complimentary refreshments. When service was complete, Lenny reviewed my bill with me, answered my questions, escorted me to payment area and the to my vehicle. While nothing is inexpensive these days, I am completely satisfied with the service I received and it's cost. I will continue to bring our vehicles to DePaula for service. More

The left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing. My new truck came with a defective Tonneau cover and based on comments the dealership knew it was defective when it was installed. When I came in for the appointment, no body new why I was there, then after the parts were ordered the was still confusion as the team thought I was installing it. I paid for this from the dealership for a reason and that reason wasn’t to install something myself. Now, after it is “fixed” the cover is still leaking water when it rains. Completely unacceptable service. I have not called back yet to fix the leak, as I am trying to decide if I want to waste more of my time at this dealership. Very disappointed and will definitely avoid doing future business with DePaula dealerships. More
