I found John to be very helpful and he didn't come off as a normal car salesman which I appreciated greatly. It was a tough decision to switch from Toyota to Ford but it ended up feeling seamless and John was able to find exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be the push to get everything signed right away, which I do understand why however when you work full time and have kids it is challenging to drop everything, fill things out right away, and then get there to sign. I don't blame John for that as I know he was getting pressure to get it done from above. But something to keep in mind as it could have pushed me to go elsewhere due to feeling overwhelmed. More
