Had our vehicle for 71 days. Gave us a run around. Hon hadn’t been started. Rude customer service representative. Had a difficult time getting parts. We’re told the service pers Gave us a run around. We’re told the service person that was working on the vehicle left the position and someone else would start the job. Then a few weeks later the original person was back at the job which was never started by the new person. Just excuse after excuse. We needed to rent a vehicle to continue our business which cost out of pocket expense. After my first survey someone reached out with an offer for a free car detailing and when I asked to speak to the manager it went to voicemail and never heard back from him More
