The agent was very helpful and nice, but I pad extra for rustproofing/undercoating. It was not applied when I drove from 2 hours away to pick up the vehicle. They would not fix it then so I had to make anot rustproofing/undercoating. It was not applied when I drove from 2 hours away to pick up the vehicle. They would not fix it then so I had to make another trip when it was convenient for their schedule to get it reapplied. After I brought it back, it still was not satisfactory: the product was not applied correctly and was applied over dirt and comes off. I called the dealer back to give them another chance to remedy the issue; I have been in contact with the shop manager who has promised to resolve the issue, but I call back every week and it has been over two months now and my issue is not resolved. If you want to buy a vehicle from this shop, then that is fine - but I highly recommend AGAINST any additional products, based on my experience More
