Depaula Ford made sure I had a prompt appointment within a week to get the transmission on my vehicle fixed. They were more than willing to work with my warranty company. Luis went out of his way to make su a week to get the transmission on my vehicle fixed. They were more than willing to work with my warranty company. Luis went out of his way to make sure I had a courtesy car to drive while mine was getting fixed. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
