Never a problem with appointments. If you're early, they bring you right in. I had an appointment for an inspection/oil change at 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from t 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from the outdoor parking lot to the service area. It was almost another hour of waiting, before my service was complete. Waiting almost 2 hours for an inspection/oil change, ( and having an appointment) is ridiculous. More
