Great job on collision repair. It took two weeks instead of 6 days but they found additional damage which had to be approved but they did not explain this to me. Service staff struggled to meet customer expectations due to the ongoing problem of “parts being on back order.” First and second line Managemet have no control of this and struggle to empathize with the to the ongoing problem of “parts being on back order.” First and second line Managemet have no control of this and struggle to empathize with their situations. There appears to be little understanding on how to address or improve the employees attitude so a culture of productivity and success can take hold for current and new employees. I would no buy a vehicle from this location because my vehicle purchases are high end ($90K+). And I believe employee attitude and behavior are part of positive enviorment and important in a successful buying process. More
