Was quick to finalize the sale. However vehicle never went through the shop prior to pick up. Addressed concerns were looked at but yet to be solved. Been waiting 2 weeks now just to get a confirmed appointment for fixing the issues. Extreme lack of communication all contact has been on my behalf. A week and a half later and the service rep finally said they were going to try and get my appointments scheduled. Another 3 days later and not a word. Why do I have to keep calling??? More
