Took forever to fix my car , every time I called was barely able to speak with anybody and they always seem to have a hard time with “finding my car in the system “ the. I had an appointment for an inspection/oil change at 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from t 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from the outdoor parking lot to the service area. It was almost another hour of waiting, before my service was complete. Waiting almost 2 hours for an inspection/oil change, ( and having an appointment) is ridiculous. More

Took 2 hours to get my car while I sat there. Was told 1 1/2. I had to ask why it was taking so long. It sure seemed like it was forgotten about. I’m not a happy camper with you guys. Once before the side of my expedition was all scratched down to the bear metal by someone while you where doing a service. I had to bring it in the get repainted. Good thing I had the guy inspect it before they started servicing it. So he saw that there were no scratches when it was brought in. More
