I had two three weeks for a recall appointment. When I brought the car in they only had parts for the door latch which was I minor problem. They did not have the part for the transmission linkage. Also I asked them to check why the engine light was always on. They kept the car for two days and I had to keep calling to find out the status. I needed the car for the weekend and finally late Thursday afternoon I got the ok to pick the car up. The problem was not fixed so I need to bring the car back in also the price for parts seemed extremely high. I’m particularly upset with this ford product and will probably never by another ford for personal or business us More
