Mechanic was very conscientious and skilled, service advisor was good, and service area was the cleanest and most organized I have seen. However they refused to refund my core charge. I purchased a wh advisor was good, and service area was the cleanest and most organized I have seen. However they refused to refund my core charge. I purchased a wheel through Ford parts and specified DePaula as the dealership. Ralph in parts told me first I didn't pay my bill, then said the ticket was still open, and since I didn't purchase at DePaula directly, I was not receiving a refund for the core which was total 54.13. I called to Ford Parts, opened a ticket and Ford parts subsequently closed saying I had to go back to the dealership and it was up to them if I get a refund or not. Since DePaula refuses, I filled a complaint with the NYS department of Motor Vehicle's. So a ruined experience over a 50.00 core charge. More

Eligible Coupon for The Works at $59. 00, Recall Work, plus Inspection which Service Rep. said it would be less than $100.00. Final cost was $244.77? In addition, I was told I needed anoth 00, Recall Work, plus Inspection which Service Rep. said it would be less than $100.00. Final cost was $244.77? In addition, I was told I needed another Service which would total $751.80, including $421.18 labor Charge? I believe that I was double charged for Labor. There was no ploblem with The Engine when I brought the Car in, initialy. More
