I will never go back to this dealership for service again. I have taken it there since I picked it up new in 2020. Every time I have bought it in for service there is damage on the vehicle or somet again. I have taken it there since I picked it up new in 2020. Every time I have bought it in for service there is damage on the vehicle or something is broken when I pick it up. Two times it left with dents and paint damage, one time with a bent damage license plate mount and this most recent visit the hood ajar light was on and would not go off. NOT ONE TIME has this dealership taken responsibility for my damage. I am finished with Depaula Ford! More

Friendly and helpful with selecting and ordering a vehicle. However, my experience included a lack of attention to detail, and damage done to a vehicle I left to be appraised for trade-in. DePaula Ford refused to do ANYTHING about this incident. There also seems to be a large lapse in communication between employees at the dealership, which led to confusion in the buying process.
