The main part of DePaula I really like is the service department. I’ve been fortunate to have Lenny almost every time and he’s amazing. My Explorer was at DePaula from April 10th, 2024 till October 4th 2024. During the entire time period NOT ONE PERSON EVER CONTACTED ME!! I had to call to get updates.. They were very polite on the phone October 4th 2024. During the entire time period NOT ONE PERSON EVER CONTACTED ME!! I had to call to get updates.. They were very polite on the phone but that fact that in almost 6 months no one ever call to keep me updated. After a month I was given a vehicle to use. I called the service department and informed them every time I was going to take a trip. I called them and I thought the miles on the rental car. We’re getting very high. I know they’re very busy, but the genuine lack of communication was unacceptable.. Again, the people I spoke with were very nice or very polite, but the fact that I was the one continuously reaching out is bothersome. It makes me question if I would ever use the service department again More
