Luis always takes great of me! I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. He said “ how I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. He said “ how about today, I can get that done for you”. Not only did he get me in 2 hours after I called but he recommended some services and offset the cost with my Ford Pass Points.
