4th time buying from Darling's! We walked into Darling's on April 17th not thinking that we were going to purchase our 4th Sonata. We decided while there that we did want to purchase our 4th Sonata; however, they didn't have the model and color that we had decided on at this dealership. Jake went out of his way to find the exact car we wanted and worked with a dealership in Massachusetts to get it to Maine the very next day. He communicated with us every step of the way. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and Jake is the reason for that! Jason Decker and Nate Marquis were wonderful to deal with as well. A+++ experience all around! More

Top Notch Customer Service!! I was in the market for a "new to me SUV". I live in Gardiner Maine and therefore was using the Augusta dealership. All but one of the vehicles I was interested in were at their different Bangor dealerships. Jake and Lance were fabulous and got each of the vehicles to Augusta for me to try. When I found what I wanted I realized there was an inssue with the computer. They took it right in, evaluated and fixed the issue immediately. When I finally made my decision they made the financing process super easy. Nate gave me all of my options and helped me find a loan and payment schedule that worked best for me. All I had to do was sign on the lines. Overall A FANTASTIC buying experience!!! More
