When we arrived in Augusta we were promptly greeted and introduced to Joshua Larsen. My ysuabnd and I were not sure whether or not we could get financed but Josh took his time to review our situation, do the paperwork, and ask about our specific needs. We had to leave for a little bit but when we returned that afternoon Josh and Nate had everything worked up for us and a vehicle in mind. We took the vehicle for a drive and liked it except for the lack of AWD. Josh asked some questions and offered us studded snow tires to help it to suit our needs. Nate was really great at explaining the information to us about our financing options and vehicle options. The process was simple and easy. The best part was that we had our 3 children with us and the staff were great to accommodate their needs as well. They provided a space for them to sit to read, draw, and do school work. They answered questions and showed them interesting things around the showroom. And they complimented us on how great the kids were doing.
