I have bought a number of vehicles in my life, but never have i enjoyed it more than i did dealing with these two fine gentlemen. They were both very friendly, did their best to make me feel like a friend, not just a number or a dollar sign, and their humor kept me smiling the whole time. Jim Davis gave me a complete tour of the vehicle and explained all the functions n features of the various systems. I traded my truck, now I feel spoiled. When we stopped just to see what Darling's had for cars in their lot, we ran into Jeff Joler on his way home. He took the time to come and talk to us When we stopped just to see what Darling's had for cars in their lot, we ran into Jeff Joler on his way home. He took the time to come and talk to us and we ended up by making an appointment for the next day. Jeff had things all set up when we came in with a couple of ideas in mind. I could not make a decision that day. When Jeff called to check-in a few days later, I explained to him that my mom was extremely ill and that I didn't want to make a stress decision and regret it later. We ended the conversation with him saying, "when your ready." Over the summer Jeff called and checked in a couple of times. Always asking how mom was first. To me, it went over and above good customer service. With all kinds of dealerships advertising on television, radio and newspaper, trying to draw me in, it did not matter because I was going to buy or lease my new car from Jeff Joler. When I finally called him up and said I think that I am ready and that even though my mom is still ill, I had a couple of months to think things through with no pressure. Jeff took the time to explain things out and help me with whatever questions or concerns that I had. Jeff truly takes the time to make a connection with and cares about his customers. Jason Decker made all the paperwork a fun and easy experience. He explained things out and answered any questions that I had. His great personality, knowledge and sense of humor made getting a new vehicle a wonderful experience. I would also like to thank Raymond Michaud for his patience and knowledge of vehicles as we kept questioning trade-in values during both of my visits. I also have to add that even though we were doing everything to get this new vehicle well after the dealership hours, everyone made us feel that it was early in the day and we did not feel liked we were being rushed along. Going to Darling's was the best experience in buying a vehicle that I have ever had and that even includes buying my very first car when I graduated from high school. Not 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, I gave a perspective buyer Jeff Joler's name when they said they were thinking of getting a new vehicle. I highly recommend Darling's and Jeff Joler to anyone even thinking about looking for a new vehicle. P.S. I love my new Hyundai Elantra so much, I don't even miss my truck. More

We started looking at used vehicles at 8 am and was having no luck, we arrived at Darlings in Augusta but 4 pm and he asked if we wanted to try a new one, because he was able to get us out of the tunnel vision we have a brand new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan.
