Ever since I bought my used Honda from Darling's in Augusta, I have had a mechanical issue regarding the engine light coming on. The first time this occurred was during the initial 30-day period from t Augusta, I have had a mechanical issue regarding the engine light coming on. The first time this occurred was during the initial 30-day period from the sale of the car to me. I had the Service Department check into the matter and they mentioned there was an emission issue of sort and they fixed it. Two weeks later, the light came back on and it was for the same problem. They fixed it again, and about another 2 weeks went by and again the engine light came on. Eli assured me the problem was the same issue I had brought in for in the past, but this time, parts were ordered that would replace the problem area at no cost to me and a date was scheduled to replace the parts. I had the parts replaced today and hope that this matter will be closed. But from the past experience with the Service department regarding this matter; should the problem recur, I know they will work with me until I am completely satisfied. Good praises for Darling's. Buy your next car from them with the confidence that if a problem occurs, you know you will receive excellent care. More
I arrived at the service center on a very busy Saturday morning. I did not have an appointment, but Laurie was able to get my car in right away. I was there for less than an hour. The waiting area had lots of people in it, but Laurie was friendly and helpful to all of us throughout the entire time that I was there. I have been working doing some form of customer service for more than 20 years. I have high standards. Laurie exceeded those for me. It was a pleasure to actually be in a service department for once in my life. She is exceptional at what she does and I thought you needed to hear about it! Keep up the good work!! More
I ran over a screw with my 5-month old Chrysler 300s, it was lodged completely in one of my tires. My dealership didn't have any open bookings and I didn't want to drive any further with my spare on so, I called Charlie's and they were able to get my car in and repaired my tire in less than 30 minutes and for a very reasonable price! I went in looking to pay off my leased Dodge Grand Caravan. I talked to Jim about it and after he had worked some figures I found out I could pay off my leased 2012 and purchase a new 2014 Grand Cara Caravan. I talked to Jim about it and after he had worked some figures I found out I could pay off my leased 2012 and purchase a new 2014 Grand Caravan for almost the same monthly payments. There was a bit of a snafu when another van was brought in from another dealership that turned out to not have the equipment package I wanted but my salesman, Jim, was able to get me an upgraded vehicle for very little additional cost. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me as the new van had a lot of things on it my old one didn't. I am very happy with Jim, and finance manager Jason Decker and Darling's. This is the fifth Dodge Grand Caravan my wife and I have owned and we are very happy with both the vehicle and the dealership. More
I would like to file a grievance with the customer service department for Darling Chrysler in Augusta Maine. I was in this facility yesterday 12/6/13 at 439 Western Ave to order a part which was a w service department for Darling Chrysler in Augusta Maine. I was in this facility yesterday 12/6/13 at 439 Western Ave to order a part which was a windshield wiper switch for my 2006 Pt cruiser. I prepaid for the part from Darling Chrysler, it was ordered and I was told to call the next day 12/7/13 at 8:30 to see if the part was in, and that I would be able at that time to have the part put in a that time. Before ordering the part for me the technician in the parts department spoke with and, confirmed with the Laurie who I was told schedules appointments for Darlings in Augusta that I would be able to come in the next day after calling to find out the the part arrived at 8:30. I was informed that there would be one senior tech there that day to perform this job, that "Saturday was a light day", that this should be no problem, and that it would be one hour worth of labor at $89.00. As a result of this I will have to miss an appointment which I otherwise could of rescheduled had I not been misinformed by the customer service service department at Darlings Chrysler in Augusta. I have just moved to the area, but I have been to many Chrysler Dealerships in the past, so I decided to try Darling Chrysler in Augusta as I expected to receive the same great level of excellent customer service. Based on the previous reviews I'm sure Darling Chrysler in Augusta will make this right but I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to find out how this miscommunication took place, and what can be done to compensate me for my time and money. Update: just got a call from Darling Chrysler, and they acknowledge their mistake, and they have made the appropriate concessions for this issue. Thanks for you help More

I had my tires changed and my cabin air filter. The service was provided in a timely fashion and as always it was wonderful to climb in a clean car when all was done. He was very helpful in finding me the best deal on exactly what I was looking for (mileage rating, tread, etc.). We had constant contact back and forth until we found the tires and ordered them. Today I took my car in the have the tires put on and have an alignment done. Laurie helped me through the whole process and kept in contact with me as problems were found, knowing I needed an inspection and looking out for my safety and the well being of my car. I am so grateful for all of the help and continued service I receive from them two years after my purchase. Thank you Darlings! More
