He was VERY patient with us. Three women car shopping could be a bit overwhelming for some salespeople, but he was more than understanding and quick to answer all our questions. He followed us through the lot several times until we finally decided on which cars to try. It came down to two - one used, one new. Lance Quinn came in to explain all the different options to our mother; buying new, buying used, leasing, all of the possibilities without making us feel rushed in any way whatsoever. We walked out with a brand new car. It's the first brand new car my mother has ever owed and she is thrilled. Not only with her choice of vehicle, but with the incredible service we received. However, this was our first time buying from the Darlings Dealership in A Both my husband and I are no strangers to the dealership buying experience. However, this was our first time buying from the Darlings Dealership in Augusta Maine. We were introduced to Raymond Michaud, Nick Waddell & Jason Decker. Throughout the entire process ALL 3 of these gentlemen were extremely pleasant to work with, forthright and accommodating. We never felt like prey being swept down upon. They listened to us when we told them what we were looking for in a truck. We had a rather specific list of must haves and wants which they kept in mind when finding us that perfect truck. When it came time to talk numbers my husband and I were all prepared for the high sales push and were pleasantly surprised when what we got instead was a feeling that they were truly working hard at sharpening their pencils to come to a number mutually agreed upon even though that meant staying a little later after the dealership closed. We now have a wonderful 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Flash AND Brawn (with a few extra goodies) all in one truck! We would highly recommend Darlings to anyone looking for your next perfect vehicle! More
