We started looking at used vehicles at 8 am and was having no luck, we arrived at Darlings in Augusta but 4 pm and he asked if we wanted to try a new one, because he was able to get us out of the tunnel vision we have a brand new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. He was VERY patient with us. Three women car shopping could be a bit overwhelming for some salespeople, but he was more than understanding and quick to answer all our questions. He followed us through the lot several times until we finally decided on which cars to try. It came down to two - one used, one new. Lance Quinn came in to explain all the different options to our mother; buying new, buying used, leasing, all of the possibilities without making us feel rushed in any way whatsoever. We walked out with a brand new car. It's the first brand new car my mother has ever owed and she is thrilled. Not only with her choice of vehicle, but with the incredible service we received. Thank you, Gary, for dealing with us. Sometimes as a trio we can be a bit much to handle. You did a perfect job! More
