It was his day off and he comes occasionally to redeem bottles and cans with us. He explained that he had experienced difficulty finding our entrance due to the excessive snow that we had this winter, which had obliterated the ability for motorists to see the entrance until you are right upon it. Tim took it upon himself to plow our entry and the entire parking/entry area at no cost to us. He was eager to assist us as he understands well, that the costs have far exceeded years past in terms of plowing costs. He was glad to have assisted us and remained for several minutes afterwards just to chit chat about vehicles and pricing. We had purchased a Honda CRV at the Augusta Dealership in 2010 and were extremely happy with our experience with Tim as our Salesman. We will be returning soon to purchase another vehicle soon as we are in the market. We also will be looking up Tim as he is an all around good guy and with such neighborly service how can we not buy our next vehicle from him and Darlings. More

I went in looking to trade in my older car that wasn't worth what I was paying for it(Got at another dealer a few years ago) There were a few snags here and there and it took a lot of effort on their part but Jason Decker and Jim Engelhardt worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted. They had to get the vehicle from another location and negotiate with the banks but they kept at it, and even thought it took a few days they kept calling and checking in with me to let me know they didn't forget about me and they were actively working on things. They went out of their way for me. Made me feel like they really cared and I was more than just another car sold. I will always go back to Darlings for my vehicle needs and will recommend them to everyone I know! I love my new vehicle and am so thankful to them! More
