Exceptional service at Darling’s Dodge Augusta On 31 December 2019 I had an exceptional vehicle buying experience. Upon driving on to the parking lot of the dealership to look at a Dodge Challenger On 31 December 2019 I had an exceptional vehicle buying experience. Upon driving on to the parking lot of the dealership to look at a Dodge Challenger on this very cold and snowy day, I was immediately approached by an enthusiastic individual who turned out to be Michael Foss. I had no plans to buy a new vehicle that afternoon, but Michael’s professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and not being pushy, were instrumental in my decision to purchase the 2019 Dodge Challenger. Michael did everything extremely well. Definitely the best car buying experience I have had in 10 years. More

Amazing Employees so helpful! I will not go anywhere else just because of the employees alone. Quick, helpful, low pressure. I went into the dealership with an idea of what car I wanted, but didn't know if they had it, or if the price would be fair. Michael was friendly and I went into the dealership with an idea of what car I wanted, but didn't know if they had it, or if the price would be fair. Michael was friendly and quick, he narrowed down what I was looking for in a car, and presented immediate options. These options sadly were not what I wanted, so instead he looked at other dealerships, found a what I was looking for, and was able to get the car at the dealership the next day for a purchase. The whole time he was friendly and never made me feel like I was being pressured or pushed. A couple days a later he gave me a call to check in to make sure it really was the right fit. Definitely a 5-star experience. More
