Devon at the service desk was always open and showed extra patience when I was asking him about what happened to our Santa Fe and just how it would be fixed. Ceyane went above and beyond in keeping us on the road on loaners. I needed one with navigation and she was able to switch us and make this happen. Above and beyond I had an issue with the touch screen in my car blacking out and not comeback on. I happened to be in Augusta on Saturday when it happened. I went over to Darlings to show them what it was doing. I did not realize they were having a Mopar car show and service was closed. I spoke with Jason and Nate, they inturn spoke with Jon from Service, who agreed to take a quick peek at the car. When I got to the car, Lance was speaking with my husband about the issue. Needless to say, we got a temporary fix to make it through the weekend so I can make an appointment on Monday. I can not tell you how impressed I am with this dealership and how they are always there when I need them. I have never had this type of service from any other dealership. Thank you again. More
