He was young and aggressive.....BUT he brought me this filthy/smoke interior vehicle with horrible black rims that the previous owner did himself...paint everywhere ! Both my husband and I could see the possible underlying beauty of the now famous 'SILVAH". With a massive cleaning, new rims, and the outstanding "vehicle recall" that was long overdue. The Augusta branch jumped right on fixing the recall items, even ordered my touch up paint ( which I requested for a couple of nicks). The BOYS in Service "I loved" and I suspect they will never forget Silvah's name. Mr. Quinn came out and introduced himself, even made the comment "Thanks for doing business with Darling's"...first ever Thanks I have experienced from a car dealer. Basically everyone was just plain ole courteous, WELL groomed ( complete with a bling watch on one of the Service guys) , in uniform and SMILING ( like they enjoyed their job). Soooo someone is doing something right,. I at 70 y.o. was impressed and I hope all goes well in the future with Silvah. More
