First Car Buyer...Definitely Won't be My Last! I always went vehicle shopping as a kid with my mom and dad. What I gathered was that car shopping was a hassle and it was a day full of arguing for a I always went vehicle shopping as a kid with my mom and dad. What I gathered was that car shopping was a hassle and it was a day full of arguing for a reasonable price on a vehicle. So, I wasn't excited at all to go shopping for my first car. When we arrived to Darlings it was busy and for a moment I thought I would have to wait hours just to see someone. This was not the case. Paul Watson greeted me with a firm handshake and took me in immediately and worked with me. He was quick about gathering information and relaying it back to me. He listened to all my concerns an "requirements" for a vehicle. We spent all day getting me into a vehicle (I was slow on my end getting things together) and he even stayed 2 hours after he was scheduled just to make sure I left happy. When we finally found the perfect vehicle and ran numbers, I was saddened that I could not afford it. It wasn't anything Paul couldn't handle though. He was able to lower the price so that it was in an affordable range for me. Because of him I was able to get into a vehicle I never thought in a million years I would ever get into, and I left worry free knowing I would be able to make the payments. When we first started business he told me that he is not about "having a one time customer." Rather, he is about "having a lifetime customer," and let me tell you, it definitely shows. I will definitely be returning in the future to Darling's and requesting that my business be conducted with Paul Watson. I recommend anyone to see him, whether it be your first time buying a car or your millionth time. He is the best in the business. More

We Were Respected My partner and I looked for a Subaru and got one too. On way home we noticed a crack in windshield and ignition cable needed repair. The brakes started failing...it was both front calipers blown. I asked to please check why I smelled oil burning...blown head gasket. They also looked to see if anything else was wrong. We were told they are going to take the Subaru back and have 2 vehicles to check out, that we qualified for. My partner and I decided on a Chevy....lots less miles and well cared for. We had an early Christmas and were tickled silly being approved for the 2012 Chevy Cruze. We loved how Peter Dionne and Devon Grenier and Jim and Steve honored and respected us, cause we are not a wealthy couple. They even loaned my partner a car to use as they worked on our old Subaru. We were floored how we got treated cause y'all have heard how folks get bad treatment from some dealers out there... There was not a drop of evilness from anyone there.... We now have our transportation issue taken cared of for years to come....and we are going back to Darlings when its time for another vehicle...and to get our oil changed in spring!!!
