We Were Respected My partner and I looked for a Subaru and got one too. On way home we noticed a crack in windshield and ignition cable needed repair. The brakes started failing...it was both front calipers blown. I asked to please check why I smelled oil burning...blown head gasket. They also looked to see if anything else was wrong. We were told they are going to take the Subaru back and have 2 vehicles to check out, that we qualified for. My partner and I decided on a Chevy....lots less miles and well cared for. We had an early Christmas and were tickled silly being approved for the 2012 Chevy Cruze. We loved how Peter Dionne and Devon Grenier and Jim and Steve honored and respected us, cause we are not a wealthy couple. They even loaned my partner a car to use as they worked on our old Subaru. We were floored how we got treated cause y'all have heard how folks get bad treatment from some dealers out there... There was not a drop of evilness from anyone there.... We now have our transportation issue taken cared of for years to come....and we are going back to Darlings when its time for another vehicle...and to get our oil changed in spring!!! Numbers were discussed and I made a reasonable counter offer and they excepted it with no hesitation. I had previously negotiated at other dealers and the experience was no where near the satisfaction we felt at Darlings. Give Tim a pay raise, he deserves it. We could have used closer dealers but we are glad we drove the extra distance to Darlings. I highly recommend Darlings to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

The salesman, Paul Watson, was very friendly and knowledgeable from the initial greet in the parking lot, to the final handshake before we left with t The salesman, Paul Watson, was very friendly and knowledgeable from the initial greet in the parking lot, to the final handshake before we left with the truck. He walked us through the entire process and did everything he could to get us the best deal. He even gave the general manager Lance a call for us just to make sure that we were getting the best price and service. He went above and beyond and I will gladly refer any and all friends and family to Darlings. While we were at Paul's desk I noticed he had an award for best salesman of the year, well it definitely shows in his attitude, drive to help the customer, and his over all service and knowledge. Paul had no problem staying late with us to work out all the paperwork. He also went the extra mile in showing us exactly how to operate every feature from the inside to the outside of the truck. Paul is one of the best out there and I think he greatly deserves the best salesman award! I just want to personally thank Paul and the rest of the Darlings family for a great all around experience! Deciding to surprise my wife for Christmas I called Darling's Hyundai and Tim Hachey in just a few minutes helped me select the perfect Elantra to meet our needs. A few minutes later the numbers were worked out and submitted to the Hyundai Financial for my lease. Being over a hundred miles away they had our new car to us in a couple hours and paperwork signed.
