After getting in writing from Jason what my payments would be , Nate had my final paperwork at $10 higher...I know not a big deal but it was not the payment I agreed on in writing and a "handshake". Funny how you remember the negative even though so small. Wish I could have given five stars but that just a slightly lowered my impression. More

We truly will continue to buy our cars at Darling's in Augusta and we will always deal with Peter and Steve. Steve makes the paperwork quick and easy, he explains everything thoroughly and while providing options for warranties and gap insurance, he does not pressure you to buy and at the same time explains the benefits without making you feel stupid if you choose not to purchase these things. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle and then proceeded to give me a thorough overview of the vehicles he had available that would fit my needs. It was in no way a stressful situation and I never felt pressured. After test driving some vehicles at Darling's and a few more elsewhere, I decided to purchase from Darling's. The price was great and the level of service here is well beyond any other dealership I've visited. The paperwork process with Steve was quick and painless and the vehicle was waiting in spotless condition when we were done. Well done all around!! More

Oil change, Tire rotation, State Inspection Again another great experience. Went in for my usual service, they were very busy in the service dept. Lance gave me his vehicle to use, I was out doing errands and was having some trouble with the key fob. Called Lance, he came right over to where I was. (Still not sure what I was doing wrong cause every time he got in the vehicle it worked fine, he would get out, I would get in and it wouldn't do the same things for me. I obviously had a black cloud over me, Lance was definitely the sunshine.) He swapped vehicles with me and I continued on my way. I know I have said it before, but the customer service here is top notch! I will NEVER buy another vehicle anywhere else! You guys are the best in the business! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know most of these people on a first name basis, and they know me. The only name I really always have a hard time remembering is the guy who washes the vehicles. He always treats my car perfectly, he hand washes it and dry's it, not to mention vacuum's it out before I get it back. I missed Gary Mitchell this trip. He always makes sure things are good with me and my service I am receiving. Thanks again for all you do! More

I first contacted the dealer who had the vehicle which was in Ellsworth, they I was connected to the dealership in Augusta which was more convenient for me. I was in touch within a couple of days with Jim & Tim Hachey. They had the vehicle shipped to Augusta from Ellsworth within a couple of days, I looked at it on Friday and took it for a drive, I fell in love with it. Came back on Saturday with the hubby and we all talked figures again, I drove it home Saturday I would highly recommend Darlings. Everyone there was super. . More
