Great experience! I love a new car, but truly do not enjoy the experience....until this recent visit. Les Mosher made the process so comfortable and genuine. He listened to what was important to me, never trying to "sell" me on a product or feature. I never felt any pressure and appreciated the amount of time he spent with me ---as it took hours for me to decide which vehicle was right for me! I ended up with the Santa Fe which I am loving! I've driven it in our last 2 blizzards and it's been a God-send! I have felt very safe and of course the heated seats and steering wheel add just the right touch too! Thank you Les! More

The Search for a Good Trade It was March10th, the wind was blowing, overcast skies and blustery cold. My wife Sue and I knew it would be a good day to look for a car as the weath It was March10th, the wind was blowing, overcast skies and blustery cold. My wife Sue and I knew it would be a good day to look for a car as the weather would keep the crowds down. Upon reaching the Darlings dealership in Augusta, we noticed a little man with glasses and a hat, standing just out side the door to go in, peering over all the vehicles in the parking lot. Probably thinking-- "I know I can put someone in a new car today"!! After a few seconds, he spotted my wife and I turning in and I know all he had on his mind was--"JUST LOOK AT THAT AWESOME 2003 DODGE RAM 1500--RED, WITH HAND PAINTED PINSTRIPES AND MAG WHEELS, AND SAYING TO HIMSELF, this would look awesome in our show room!!! So we parked, Paul came over to our truck, half frozen, but very determined, and said--"Can I help you find a nice ride for you and your wife??" And so the talking started. Paul knew just what we were looking for. We did a comparison, kicked a few tires, and before we knew it, we were trying out a Hyundai. Paul had all the answers we wanted to hear, he earnestly listened to all our concerns and very helpful in everyway. So in the end, Paul was a little disappointed the Dodge Ram wasn't the trade in, but he was able to go in long enough to get warm and we made a trade. Other than not having a second key for the car, (which we found out to be a very expensive item)(and still need to get), the trading experience was awesome!! Paul Watson I would recommend highly as a sales person if you go there to look at cars. He isn't pushy and gives the buyer a chance to make up their own minds. Easy, easy, easy... and no stress! I was driving by and noticed a promotion taking place at Darlings in Augusta, never thinking I would go home with a new vehicle! I knew going in what I was driving by and noticed a promotion taking place at Darlings in Augusta, never thinking I would go home with a new vehicle! I knew going in what I wanted in my next truck, and what I needed to be offered for my old truck, and both my 'want & need' was taken care off with ease! I walked through the door and saw a smiling Peter Dionne and I was immediately happy to sit down and chat. Pete helped me do more than that, and my new truck is in the driveway! This process can be so stressful, and unrewarding at times, but Peter and the rest of the staff (finance forms person -Nate, and dropping my second key off person, etc.) made this so easy to do. Possible recomendation.. Jana in service was awesome. I mentioned a new truck and had me meet Tim H. who was awesome. After getting in writing from Jason what my payments would be , Nate had my final paperwork at $10 higher...I know not a big deal but it was not the payment I agreed on in writing and a "handshake". Funny how you remember the negative even though so small. Wish I could have given five stars but that just a slightly lowered my impression. More
