I am a shopper and I had spent months researching and looking, knowing exactly what I wanted and even though I gave other dealerships (from Maine to New Hampshire) my specific requests: Subaru Crosstrek, under 40k, sun/moon roof and a roof rack other dealerships would contact me with a vehicle that had some of my requests or another vehicle altogether. I never felt like anyone was listening. But Paul heard me, and he listened. I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. His customer service is above and beyond anything I have experienced with other dealerships. When I bought my car it had been raining for days and it wasn't until I had pulled into a parking garage that I noticed a tiny chip in the windshield when I mentioned it to Paul he looked at it and said "we'll take care of it" and he arrange for me to bring my car in at my convenience.
