He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This was all while not pressuring us or trying to make a quick sale. That led to us being more interested because of his attitude and demeanor. We had previously purchased a car from Darlings, and will definitely go back again for our next car based on this experience. We also worked with Nate Marquis for the paperwork and lease details. He was very was easy to relate to, and answered all of our questions, and even a few we didn't know we needed to ask. Both gentlemen made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you Darlings for helping us again! More
josh larson a salesman this journey started on July 3 when I called about a dodge challenger, my wife and work two jobs and never have the same day off together so josh Lar this journey started on July 3 when I called about a dodge challenger, my wife and work two jobs and never have the same day off together so josh Larson worked with us we had a bike and car to trade in and though car dealerships don't like taking motorcycles in on trade because they sit around for awhile josh went the extra mile and then got the bike banked out by a motorcycle dealership to pull this deal together I am going to be honest I did not get what I wanted for the bike but in the end we got the car for what I thought was a fair deal and no regrets other than we trade one of our bikes so one toy for another I understand josh is fairly new to selling cars but he earned my respect with this deal let me say I am not easy to deal with because I do my research and figure just what I want to pay and I give my self a little lean way I am a older gentleman and this I not my first rodeo but every thing worked out great and now I just hope service is as good as I have my expectations up to paul walsh happy customer More

Horrible experience I purchased a brand new car for over $20,000 with the promise that I would be able to haul my kayaks utilizing a roof rack purchased through the compa I purchased a brand new car for over $20,000 with the promise that I would be able to haul my kayaks utilizing a roof rack purchased through the company. I spent an additional $600 on that. Not only did the rack fly off my car twice after Darlings installed it two times and assured me it wouldn't fly off again, leaving scratches on my car, but they wanted to blame the rack flying off on me when they were the ones who installed it twice. When I went to address the issue they barely worked with me. I wanted them to at least fix the scratches and they gave me a hard time about that, saying the rack didn't cause the scratches down the back of my car (which it clearly had). They wanted me to eat over $6,000 from a car I just bought from them and purchase an older vehicle around $11,000 and still pay my total of over $20,000. They wouldn't give me more than $13,500 for the brand new car I just purchased from them with a promise that they couldn't keep. Now I'm stuck paying over $20,000 for a car, a 7 year car loan and no way to haul my kayaks. A promise is a promise and Darlings definitely did not hold up there end of the deal. I will make sure everyone I know never purchases a vehicle from Darlings. I am beyond dissatisfied. More

Awesome vehicle buying experience Went into Darlings just looking at new trucks, was greeted by Josh Larsen in less than 2 minutes, we talked about what I was looking for, and he wasn' Went into Darlings just looking at new trucks, was greeted by Josh Larsen in less than 2 minutes, we talked about what I was looking for, and he wasn't pushy at all, he stayed late the first time I was there showing me every possible truck, and after I left kept me posted on other trucks as they came in, I ended up buying a brand new truck at a great price and got a good trade on my old one, the team at Darlings is great and worked with my credit union to get me a good monthly payment, I would recommend them to everyone whether they are looking for a new or really nice pre owned vehicle! More

We were having sever thunderstorms while there and Paul brought out two vehicles to test drive and yet another having the color my wife wanted, while we test drove the second vehicle. Two days later, Paul helped me get my DD214 from Camp Keys, before taking me through "flight training" for the new car. Later that day, I returned to him for even more help. I had mistakenly discarded the window "sticker" information that was needed to register my new car. Paul made a phone call to a coworker and had a new form printed for me in a matter of minutes. He even gave me a follow-up call the next day to be sure everything was all set and encouraged me to contact him in the future, should I have any questions or surprises. If you want to feel respected and that your experience has value, Paul is the man to see. Much Appreciated Paul! More
