Go to Darling's for a genuinely caring experience! Tyler,Devon & Paul,who sold me the car at an earlier date, were very helpful. What impresses me most about my interaction with employees at this dealership is that they appear to actually care about the customer as an individual and not just someone who can give them money. I interacted mostly with Devon who was very professional and concerned that I had a very satisfactory experience and I have never had any employee walk me to my car when the work was done as he did.......totally unnecessary but very impressive. He gave me a free oil change voucher because the service took longer than expected. Again,unnecessary but very impressive. I don't give praise to car dealers easily but so far I have had the best experience at Darling's Augusta than I have ever had anywhere in my 67 years. More
GREAT PEOPLE AND A GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS I HAVE BEEN IN THE SERVICE DEPT FEW TIMES IN LAST FEW MONTHS AND MY EXPERIANCE HAS BEEN FANTASTIC! EACH TIME I DEAL WITH DEVON GRENIER AND HE HAS BEEN I HAVE BEEN IN THE SERVICE DEPT FEW TIMES IN LAST FEW MONTHS AND MY EXPERIANCE HAS BEEN FANTASTIC! EACH TIME I DEAL WITH DEVON GRENIER AND HE HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. HE TAKES THE TIME TO GO OVER EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE ON THE VEHICLE AND EXPLAINS IT ALL. I NEEDED A LOANER BECAUSE MY VEHICLE WAS GOING TO BE IN SHOP OVER NIGHT AND HE SET EVERYTHING UP AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH WHAT EVER HE TOLD ME. I HAVE BEEN IN A FEW SERVICE DEPTS IN PAST AND NEVER HAD THE GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVERYTIME I GO TO DARLINGS , DEVON IS GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. I HAVE BOUGHT MANY VEHICLES AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED VERY GOOD AND LEFT FEELING GOOD ABOUT MY PURCHASE. I was pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of my last car's needed services and expect the same with my new one. The new service area is large and pleasant and I especially like that I can drop my car off and take the Darling's shuttle back to my house or some place else in Augusta and then get picked up to get my car. Warrantee/Recall work I took our Hyundai Sante Fe Sport into the Augusta location for recall work. I must say I was highly impressed with the two young men at the Service D I took our Hyundai Sante Fe Sport into the Augusta location for recall work. I must say I was highly impressed with the two young men at the Service Desk; Devon especially stood out given his upbeat, dynamic yet sincere demeanor. After the recall issue was addressed, I asked to speak with a supervisor to compliment him on having such a sterling fellow representing your company so well. I ended up speaking with Jason Decker, and was also impressed with his (Jason's) comportment and sincerity. We live (unfortunately) in a time when decency and decorum seem to be lacking; I find it very gratifying (and reassuring) that this is NOT the case with Darling's. A hearty "BRAVO!" and kudos to these two individuals for representing your company in such a sterling fashion. We look forward to conducting business with you in the future, and will share our wonderfully positive experience with family and friends.
