Being a long time satisfied customer of another nearby dealership it became a difficult decision to change dealers, and vehicle make, and therefore the process took about 10 months, if you can believe it. However, due to the persistence of my sales representative, Peter Dionne, the purchase was finally concluded last night (08/12/2017). We learned that Peter Dionne was really working with management to put together the options and pricing we could accept. Some of our requests were really absurd but Peter presented everything we had to offer in our defense. Everyone at Darlings Augusta, we dealt with, were all also great to work with, such as Lance, Nate, Todd, and other management personnel. I also have to mention the Peter Dionne spent a great amount of time explaining the features of the new Ram, particularly all the computerized controls, pairing the phones, and the connection to, and benefits of U-connect. He spent the necessary time and effort to be sure we had a good understanding to adapt to the complex system, for which we not all that familiar with at first. So, yes we were very well satisfied, and will certainly recommend Darling's Augusta, and Peter Dionne. Had a lot of laughs and gained new friends too. a win win.. Amazing Experience Zach asked all the right questions to ensure that the Hyundai Limited was a perfect fit for us. He walked me through many of the features and helped me set up the basic ones before we left the parking lot. He was pleasant, and never pushy for a minute. I went in with the mind set that I was just going to check it out. Well, Paul Watson came along and helped me find a car that was affordable and in excellent shape. Not only was I approved, but I didn't need a co-signer or a down payment. He helped make it so that my payments were super low. He was kind, accommodating, and I got VIP customer service regardless of my credit score. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I'm completely in love with my new car. I interacted mostly with Devon who was very professional and concerned that I had a very satisfactory experience and I have never had any employee walk me to my car when the work was done as he did.......totally unnecessary but very impressive. He gave me a free oil change voucher because the service took longer than expected. Again,unnecessary but very impressive. I don't give praise to car dealers easily but so far I have had the best experience at Darling's Augusta than I have ever had anywhere in my 67 years. More
