A dealer who works for the customer I had gone in today to see what my options were for ending my lease early and getting into a new car. I brought my dad, since he used to work at Darli I had gone in today to see what my options were for ending my lease early and getting into a new car. My dad hand picked the guy that he knew wouldn't steer (no pun intended) me in the wrong direction. Tim was an upfront no BS guy and even though the car I was looking for wasn't available, he made it work for me and what I wanted for payments. He actually got me a better car with a great deal. And together we learned some awesome things about Hyundai leases. I couldn't walk away this time (I did two weeks ago). Good job Tim! More

Stress/Pressure free I had been a very loyal customer to another dealership for the past 14 years. Last week, we were shopping for a new vehicle so we naturally went to the dealership we have been loyal too. The experience we had at that dealership was so poor, we decided to finally take our business elsewhere. Fortunately, we decided to check out Darlings in Augusta. We drove around the Darlings lot to look at the inventory. We did not have any salesperson breathing down our neck, which I LOVED!! I went home, researched some of the vehicles I was interested in and decided to call Darlings to make an appointment to look at the vehicles the next day. Again, fortunately, the salesperson we talked with on the telephone the pervious day was not available. Therefore, we had the pleasure of dealing with salesperson, Peter Dionne. The first impression of Peter was very positive. He stated he would help us until the salesperson who was supposed to meet with us arrived. He answered all of our questions. He helped us compare the options between vehicles. He listened as we talked about our families' needs and wants, what we liked and disliked about the vehicles. He helped us find the vehicle that fit our needs/desires. Another huge positive is that Darlings allows you to go on the test drive WITHOUT the salesperson. This is something else I loved about this dealership. The negotiating was pressure and stress free. We were treated with respect the entire experience. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. The dealership itself was very clean and modern. The staff seemed welcoming and accommodating. I was able to purchase the vehicle that I have always wanted. We were very lucky to work with Peter. We will be coming back to Darlings to work with Peter to purchase our next vehicle and will recommend Darlings, and especially Peter Dionne to everyone. More
