He was very patient, even when we kept going back and forth on different models that interested me. I would highly recommend Paul for all sales needs and appreciate the time he spent to get me the best deal and the right vehicle for me. My experience with the finance staff was also very positive. Nate Marquis, the Finance Manager, was extremely friendly and really took the time to give us all of our options. He provided us with an awesome deal on an extended warranty and went above and beyond to ensure we left the dealership with the payment we wanted. Once again, positive experience This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Darlings in Augusta and each time I have had a positive experience. This time, after some research This is the third vehicle I have purchased through Darlings in Augusta and each time I have had a positive experience. This time, after some research and thoughtful consideration, I opted to lease a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson SE. Paul Watson and Lance Quinn were great. Tim Carlson in finance was also knowledgeable and very helpful and again not over- aggressive with pushing extra services. Paul explained all the features of the Tucson and we were able to compare the Tucson SE with the Sports. Lance gave us the financial pros and cons of both. At no time did my husband or myself feel rushed or pressured. Paul Watson is an excellent sales representative. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and programs available. Paul also makes a conscious effort to get to know his customers and their needs. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Paul. He called prior to our visit and followed up two days after to see if we had any questions or concerns. Lance Quinn made us feel so comfortable and made certain we understood the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. We felt it was genuinely important to him that we left feeling part of the Darling Family. I also liked the fact he took the time on a busy Saturday to explain the upcoming Car Show and all the bikes being donated by Darlings for the Toy Run. I , personally like working with businesses that support local communities The showroom was very comfortable. The above people were professional yet the atmosphere was relaxed and we didn't feel we were being pushed or hurried and felt our questions and concerns were addressed. And I love my new Tucson. I had a 2007 Sante Fe for 6 years and a Sonata prior to that. I have really enjoyed the Hyundai line . Reliable, low maintenance and great in snow. Here is my main reason why: Let me know how many dealers are willing to work with you if yo These guys really want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is my main reason why: Let me know how many dealers are willing to work with you if you leased the wrong vehicle by mistake, say a Sonata base when you requested a SE, and go to bat with Hyundai for you? Needless to say I ended with a different Sonata. Not too many dealers will do this for a customer for sure even with some mistakes being made. Clearly thumbs up to Hyundai for allowing this to happen too. Now I' talk about the sale/deal process. Let me first say the buying atmosphere in laid back, no pressure, and if you want to talk to your wife alone about the deal they leave you alone to do that. Gary Mitchell in sales is thumbs up and Jim the sales manager as well. Very easy guys to work with and on the level as well. After I discovered the Sonata Base wasn't the Se I wanted there was no problem in communicating the problem and getting a resolution with Jim or Gary. Now I do did have some miscommunication with Tim in finance, however that was straightened out. Overall I'm satisfied with the 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport I leased cause the SE Sonatas except red were all gone 2 days later. I can't really rate the service department /quality of work yet however if it's anything like sales I would go there for service. I did call they explain how blue works for monitoring very well though. More

Wowed by the Elantra! I have bought any number of vehicles, both new and previously owned, over the last 50 or so years. Leasing this Elantra would be the first auto purcha I have bought any number of vehicles, both new and previously owned, over the last 50 or so years. Leasing this Elantra would be the first auto purchase that I can honestly call enjoyable. My consultant met me at the door of the dealership. He took the time to listen to why I was there. I wanted the wonderful lease deal on a new Elantra. I was led to the very one I was looking for right down to the color. Everything was "as advertised" and as soon as we said yes the dealership had everything prepared, and us out the door, in record time, and in the exact vehicle of our choice. We were both energized by the experience not dead tired as has often been the case. I recommend Darlings of Augusta highly. More
