I first came into contact with BMW of Allentown in January when I inquired about one of their pre-owned 330i's. A friend of mine highly recommended this particular dealership because they consistently provide a positive, trustworthy, and efficient experience, prioritizing customer service, offering competitive pricing, and having a wide selection of quality vehicles, while also being transparent and reliable. This was 100% true. I would go as far as saying this is the most superior BMW dealership in Pennsylvania. I never experienced working with a Client Advisor like Beth, who, like me, was extremely analytical and provided easy-to-read vehicle specs that I could input into Excel to compare against competitor vehicles. When I arrived early for a test drive, Brad stepped in while Beth was busy with a customer to get my son and I ready to go for a test drive. Brad made my first-ever BMW driving experience special. From sharing his own personal experience with the brand to patiently answering all my questions, I felt like I was part of the BMW of Allentown family. The purchasing process was flawless, even when they were training someone to use the finance software for the first time. I never felt like it was dragging on, as it has at other dealerships in the past. It was worth traveling over an hour to purchase my first BMW at this dealership. My wife's car was totaled, hit as she sat at a light. Eduardo was our sales rep. When the other party's insurance check needed to clear, we needed another day(Bank rule). Eduardo and manager demanded to see a pic of the check. We felt insulted. Never had a dealership ask me to prove I had a check before. However, I put a hold on a BMW my wife liked. Unfortunately, she found another vehicle with half the mileage and a warranty, which changed her mind. When I cancelled, Eduardo told me my money, $2000USD, was not refundable! I have since filed a dispute with my bank(freezes interest) and I spoke with another BMW supervisor by phone later. Still no refund. Await Chase pit bulls to do their thing. I have purchased many cars over the years. I have NEVER encountered people like this. Sticking with Mercedes. Also, this dealership does not let you take a vehicle home to try it, which I have never encountered either. Mercedes allows this(and even encouraged it). Avoid these people at all cost. More
