5 months ago I purchased a civic from beginning to end the smoothest transaction ever.. From sales guy {Haniel } to finance { Ray} to having my car service. Spoke to {Zaire} Great! Group of guys! Brought my vehicle in for an issues with the torque converter which was under warranty. This dealership does the TSB and charges me over $300. Vehicle still has torque converter issues after service converter which was under warranty. This dealership does the TSB and charges me over $300. Vehicle still has torque converter issues after service so it is Brought back. They then proceed to tell me it's spark plugs and valve adjustment another expensive repair. Now am I over $2k and the car is still having torque converter issues. They say they can't replace the torque converter as the code is not appearing. The problem got worse, so I emailed Tiffany. She said she would check with the tech and get back to me but never did. I took it to two independent shops who diagnosed it as a torque converter issue. DCH stole my money with services that were not required and would not cover the torque converter repair which should have been covered by warranty. Really disappointing! More
I bought a battery for my CRV and two days later returned the old battery for credit. They didn't have anyone who knew how to credit the money on my card. The acting cashier asked me if I could co returned the old battery for credit. They didn't have anyone who knew how to credit the money on my card. The acting cashier asked me if I could come back on Monday so they could have someone take care of it then. I didn't want to go back, I was trying to take care of it now. The one person told the acting cashier who is not a regular cashier to ask their boss and her reply was " xxxx No" . I ended up giving my credit card info to them so it could be credited on Monday she told me. Wow this was terrible and who ever their boss is needs to not scare his employees but rather create an environment that is good for the employee and the customer. Selling the car is only part of the equation the other part is good service. More
